2. Personal Data We Process

When you visit our website, contact us or enter into a business relationship with us for our solar power plant, electric vehicle charging station, transformer and electrical installation or grant and incentive consultancy services, the following personal data may be processed:

  • Identity and contact details: your full name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message submitted through the message form on our Contact page; information you share when you reach us by e-mail or phone.
  • Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, date and time records of visits.
  • Cookie and usage data: cookies used to operate the site and remember your language preference, and visit statistics collected through Google Analytics.
  • Customer and supplier transaction data: details of authorised persons and information on the facility and property shared during site survey, feasibility, quotation, contract, project, installation, acceptance and invoicing processes; applicant information provided to us for the preparation of grant and incentive application files.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to your requests for information, suggestions, complaints and quotation requests, and contacting you by phone or e-mail,
  • Carrying out site survey, feasibility, design, quotation, contract, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair processes,
  • Preparing grant and incentive application files at your request and following up permit, approval and acceptance procedures before the relevant institutions,
  • Ensuring the security of the website, monitoring and improving its operation,
  • Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation and providing information to competent authorities,
  • Establishing, exercising and protecting our rights in legal disputes.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected by automated or partly automated means through the message form on our website, e-mail, telephone, face-to-face meetings and cookies. Your data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • Processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract,
  • Processing being necessary for compliance with our legal obligations,
  • Processing being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
  • Processing being necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,
  • Your explicit consent where it is required, such as the consent to be contacted by phone that you give via the checkbox in the message form, and analytics cookies.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to service providers in Türkiye and abroad from which we receive hosting, e-mail, security and analytics services (including Google, which provides the Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA services), to business partners, suppliers and subcontractors we work with in project processes, to the relevant institutions and organisations for permit, acceptance, grant and incentive procedures carried out at your request, to our legal and financial advisers, and to public authorities authorised by law. Your personal data is not sold to third parties.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation and retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to our Company to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • Request information if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
  • Request rectification if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • Request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
  • Request that rectification, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Where processing is based on your explicit consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

8. How to Apply

You may submit your requests, together with information verifying your identity, in writing by post to “Gebizli Mah. Termessos Bulv. Depending on the nature of the request, applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest; if the process entails an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
